What Does this echo Cardiogram Report Mean?

I am a 52 year old female. I recently had an echocardiogram done April 20, 2015. The results are as follows:
Final impression:
1. The study is of adequate quality
2. No pericardial effusion
3. No intracavitary masses
4. No wall motion abnormalities noted
5. Mild mitral regurgitation
6. Mild tricuspid regurgitation
7. Mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy
8. Mild pulmonary hypertension with systolic pulmonary pressure around 32 mmHg
9. Normal left ventricular systolic function with estimated EF around 60

I have no medical insurance and am having a hard time getting medical treatment. Is this serious and should I push harder to get medical help? Seems like I'm the only one concerned or an I over reacting?

From the information given, you may have to get your blood pressure checked because high blood pressure is one of the causes of left ventricular hypertrophy which is mild as your report says. It is important that if your blood pressure is high you should seek medical help in getting it under control. As such your heart appears OK but please do get your blood pressure monitored . You may also get your lungs checked. Best regards
